Shipping and delivery policy
We deliver items worldwide. The shipping costs are added to the shopping cart before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
All transactions are processed in dollars, we are not responsible for extra costs which may occur due to currency exchange by your BANK.
Customer service policy
We endeavour to make sure that all items listed on our website are available, and that pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Be aware that Non EU countries will pay custom duties when the package arrive.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. All the returns will be made only with DHL Express, door to door delivery option. In case of return, all the shipping costs and the fees that the company already paid will be supported by the customer. The product should be in good condition, with no signs of wear. Please respect our policy otherwise the return will be declined.
